SURVEYING
An RMC surveyor will visit your home to record all the necessary measurements for the final design and manufacture. They’ll also be on hand to clarify any details with you and, if required, talk through any changes.
If planning permission is required, the surveyor will also gather all the relevant details needed for the application.
PLANNING & BUILDING REGS
The surveyor will complete your full application and submit it, along with the necessary drawings and associated information, to your local council.
Approval times can vary, but in most cases you should expect an answer within 8 weeks for NCS approval or up to 12 for full Householder Planning Permission.
SCHEDULE OF WORKS
A schedule of work will be compiled and issued to you so you know what will be happening, and when. We’ll coordinate all relevant tradespeople on your behalf.
We’ll also discuss with you ahead of time about access to and from your property and power and water requirements.
BUILDING & INSTALLATION
Before any building work begins, your designated team will double check brick matching with you (if necessary). Once the foundations and building works are complete, then your frames and/or roof will be installed.
At all stages of the build or installation, we’ll be taking care of who does what and when – so you can relax safe in the knowledge that we’re taking care of it all.
FINISHING
Once your project is fully installed, we’ll ensure that you’re fully satisfied and work through any final snagging.
Then, when everything is signed off, you’re free to enjoy your brand new living space.
