Recently got this firm to repair two sets of door handles that were broken, replace a hinge that was broken on a window, repack all my doors as they were not closing correctly, replace blown pane on a window, replace a solid door panel with a glass one, and basically refit an out side door which had not been fitted correctly at the time (by a different firm). To start with the owner turned up when he said he would to look at the job for quote. I was then quoted for the job within a couple of days, exactly as he sad he would. I then paid the deposit for the job and it stated exactly when they said they would. The jobs were completed by a very talented young man to a very high standard. I would thoroughly recommend this firm as unlike most others it seems in today’s times, they pride themselves on turning up on time, doing the job they say they will and doing a great job at a reasonable price. A great team all around as the admin staff keep you well informed of what’s happening too.

Came out measured then sent a quote paid half of the price. Received a phone call to say that they would be out between 8 and 9. They were out 8.40. Very professional and ensured that we were happy with the installation. Recommend this company. Paid the other half after installation.

I got them in for a quote for my mums new windows. The guy who came said that some of existing ones could be fixed, saving her a fortune. (Ethics in this day and age quite rare) The new ones I did get were installed perfectly and on time. The repairs was excellent. I was so impressed I went with them to get a new front door even though I got a 40% discount from another company. Door was exactly how I wanted it. Thanks again to everyone from the people on the phone who kept me updated every step of the way, to the repair chap, to the installation teams and everyone in between. I've dealt with 2 other windows companies for my own windows and I wish I went with RMC.

From the initial contact to the end of the job, all staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The job was completed within the timeframe discussed to an excellent standard. Special thanks to Craig who went above and beyond and to Caroline who has the patience of a saint as I had to change the time of the visits and this was handled with friendly courtesy and professionalism.

We have recently replaced all our windows, as well as our front and back doors. The team at RMC have been fantastic, even down to coming out early to fix our old door which broke not long before our new one was due to be fitted and then taking care of a key issue quickly after installation. The team who carried out the work were very professional, but also nice and friendly. Cleaned up when finished and insured we knew how all the new windows and doors worked. I would definitely recommend and use again if necessary in the future.

We used RMC Double Glazing for some repairs, and they were excellent in every regard. The quality of the work was very high, the price was very reasonable, the repairs were done quickly, and everyone we dealt with in the company was efficient, helpful and friendly. We will use them in future and would highly recommend RMC Double Glazing.

We used RMC to fit new doors and windows but also to swap an existing window into french doors. From start to finish the experience was very positive. There were no pushy sales person and RMC provided an Email quote from my measurements. The lads who fitted the windows were very friendly and were very accommodating to my requests. Unfortunately there were two broken glass units but these were very quickly replaced with no issues. I would highly recommend RMC .

Our house looks fantastic after the installation of dark surround bay and dormer windows at the front. Transformed. We also had two unusual round windows and some patterned bathroom windows replaced. The fitters were quick, tidy and professional. A pane that was damaged during installation was sorted within days. The price was very reasonable for 13 windows. The office staff are friendly and really kept us informed. Highly recommended.

Recently had 5 window panels replaced in our conservatory and RMC have been fantastic to deal with. Quick, efficient, good value and good communication to their customers. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again in the future.
